```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary patient information
- Process with billing and insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Provide general administrative support, including maintaining patient records and handling correspondence
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in a dental office preferred, but we are willing to train a highly motivated and committed individual
-Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with Dentrix dental software is a plus
