Your Expertise

  • Develop comprehensive data-driven Digital Marketing plans, across different Digital Marketing channels, that drive demand, qualified lead conversion, and measurable sales pipeline.
  • Lead all client Digital Marketing channels, with a focus on Account based marketing strategies, paid media campaigns and SEO optimization.
  • Analyze and report on ongoing measurement of campaigns, including top of funnel digital analytics and campaign attribution tied to client’s goals and targets. Deep understanding of digital revenue attribution models and analytics is a major asset.
  • Marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Create client specific dashboards in GA4, Looker studio or equivalent.
  • Present and explain performance & results to clients.
  • Work with vendors to ensure their suggestions are accurate and align with the clients needs. Suggest optimizations and provide feedback when required.
  • Manage the client’s budgets, to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Ability to lead direct reports. Oversee team performance, conduct performance evaluations.

This role requires good communication, client management and the ability to tackle multiple projects with different timelines. We’re looking for someone that can grow with Act360 and its marketing department. If you’re an individual that is constantly looking to improve your skill sets or refine your tactical approaches we want to part of the developmental journey. Critical thinking is a strong asset we value, and thinking outside of the box.

Requirements

  • University degree or college diploma in Marketing and/or Communications
  • 5+ years of Digital Marketing experience
  • 1-2 years of management experience 
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end management of digital projects.
  • Results oriented and experienced in driving ongoing measurement of campaigns for success.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Various Ads Platforms, email marketing
  • Experience marketing to B2C, D2C and B2B
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and collaboration skills.
  • Agency experience
