SalaryThe Humberview Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialistto join our Digital Marketing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketer who wants to continue developing in the Digital Marketing field. You will be working with 4-6 automotive dealerships and will be responsible for a full spectrum of Digital Marketing tasks: account management, strategic planning, Digital Marketing plan execution, website updates, reporting and analytics.

Salary Range: $58,000 - $68,000 Annual Salary.
Job Duties:
- Monthly Digital Marketing strategy planning and execution.
- Communication with dealerships' management and with 3rd party vendors.
- Paid advertising execution on Facebook and Instagram.
- Paid advertising vendor supervision and performance evaluation.
- SEO: content marketing, on-site, off-site and local search optimization.
- Website content updates and optimization based on UX and SEO best practices.
- On-site and inventory issues tracking, bug reporting, and collaboration with the website support team.
- Reporting and analytics.
- Email blasts.
Basic Requirements:
- 2+ years of working experience or equivalent education in Digital Marketing.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, ability to prepare and present monthly reports.
- Clear understanding and hands-on experience with traditional and local SEO.
- Experience with launching and running Facebook campaigns.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Local Falcon, etc.), Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Business Profiles.
- Good command of MS Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Analytical mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- A team player who can build collaborative relationships and bring new ideas to the table.
Nice-to-have Requirements:
- Experience with building and optimizing landing pages in Unbounce and other CMS.
- Experience with running Google Ads campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel.
- Automotive background is preferred but not required.
We offer a hybrid work model: 2 days per week from home (Monday, Tuesday) and 3 days per week from our downtown Mississauga based office (Wednesday - Friday).
