Responsibilities:
-Build and nurture business relationships to unlock new opportunities, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all.
- Drive our financial goals through strategic sales and marketing plans, including optimizing sales channels and promotional strategies.
- Enhance brand visibility and market positioning by establishing strategic partnerships and organizing community-engaging events.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to align strategically while promoting a culture of excellence and unity within the team.
- Oversee the planning and execution of catered events, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Utilize Delphi system to track leads, manage accounts, and generate reports.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years of demonstrated hotel related sales experience and a network of potential clients.
- Bilingual abilities in French and English are advantageous.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- Proficiency in computer skills is crucial.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Delphi or similar software is preferred.

Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
