Job Description:
As an Entry-Level HR Administrative Assistant at Learning Jungle, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate transfer of HR data within our HRIS. This is a Contract Role with a specific focus on data management and transfer.
Position Type: Paid Contract Position, Full-Time Hours (9:00am - 5:00pm)
Duration: 1-2 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Transfer: Accurately transfer HR data within our HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Data Entry: Support the HR team by entering and maintaining HR data in our HRIS.
- Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining records related to data transfers and updates.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data management.
- Support HR Team: Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed for data-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior HR experience required but preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in data entry and understanding of ADP (HRIS System).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
- Enthusiasm for data management and administrative tasks.
- Comfortable with a Contract Role for the specified duration (1-2 weeks).
