Position Summary
Elite Developments is seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to support our Senior Management team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with a strong background in executive-level administration, who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary conduit for communication between Senior Management, especially the CEO, and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient and effective exchange of information.
- Strategically manage and organize the calendars of Senior Management, focusing on the CEO, to optimize their time, accommodating both planned and ad hoc commitments.
- Facilitate the preparation and execution of meetings involving Senior Management, with a specific emphasis on the CEO, by capturing detailed and actionable minutes for distribution and follow-up.
- Oversee email correspondence for the CEO and, as required, other Senior Management members, prioritizing and filtering incoming communications to streamline decision-making processes.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key investors, stakeholders, and executives, fostering a network of collaboration and support focused around the CEO’s strategic agenda.
- Prepare, edit, and refine communications, presentations, and documents for internal and external dissemination, ensuring they align with the executive team's vision and objectives, particularly those of the CEO.
- Assist in compiling financial reports, budgeting documents, and meeting materials, offering analytical support to facilitate the CEO's strategic financial decisions.
- Conduct research and aggregate data to provide actionable insights to Senior Management, aiding the CEO in navigating complex decision-making landscapes.
- Manage personal errands and organizational tasks as necessary, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO and Senior Management.
- Adapt to evolving organizational needs, undertaking additional responsibilities as required to support the strategic goals of Senior Management and the organization at large.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar, with a proven track record of effectively supporting C-level executives, particularly CEOs.
- Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), enabling the creation and management of high-impact documents and presentations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating clear and concise interactions across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Outstanding organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- The ability to maintain discretion and uphold integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability in managing shifting priorities and schedules.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and an ability to effectively manage stress.

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
