Essential Functions
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence
- Manage scheduling for President and Vice President, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
- Keep the executive’s calendar up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments and providing daily briefings
- Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals
- Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation and contacts database
- File important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters
- Manage certain utility accounts, specifically cell phones and internet services
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internal and off-site
- Acting as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customers
- Conduct research and create reports on various topics based on Executives' needs
- Plan and organize events that take place externally, such as fundraisers, sporting tournaments, and appreciation events
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Other duties as assigned
- Essential functions of this position are to be performed at a Company-designated office or field location
- Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards
- Four or more years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and an
- Proven ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Flexible team player
- Ability to adapt to changes and face challenges
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
- Salary $60,000 - $80,000 / year
- Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
