- Oversee all incoming and outgoing communications including emails, phone calls, reports and internal correspondence
- File documents such as reports, meeting notes, emails, etc.
- Keep the General Managers’ (GM) calendar up to date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments/meetings and providing daily briefings
- Create reports and documentation on various topics requested by GM
- Research information that aligns with company goals and objectives as requested
- Maintain the Company’s internal file sharing systems
- Pick up and drop off mail from local post office, sort and deliver mail
- Maintain digital and hard-copy files (as required)
- Provide ongoing support to the GM
- Provide support to other members of the Senior Leadership team as approved by the GM
- Coordinate company events
- Coordinate accommodations for remote workers and site visits
- Manage calendars
- General office duties and special projects as assigned
