Position: Executive Assistant
Overview:
Sign Network Architectural Products, a leading company in the signage industry, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence for the executive team
- Organize the executive's daily schedule and meetings, including booking meeting rooms as required
- Make travel arrangements for the executive team
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Manage office documentation and organization
- Delegate administrative tasks to other secretarial or admin staff
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Discretion and confidentiality
