Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Point of contact for leadership, clients, and other external partners
- Manage leadership calendars and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and send communications on leadership's behalf
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Arrange travel logistics, itineraries, and accommodations, as necessary
- Research and prepare ad hoc reports
‘Must Have’ Skills/Experience:
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced MS Office knowledge including Outlook
- Proven time-management and organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Professional demeanour and strong relationship building skills and customer-service focus
- Discretion and confidentiality
