Job Overview:
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to executives by managing their schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. You will act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including welcoming visitors to the executive's office.
Responsibilities:
Communication:
- Manage and prioritize executive's emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Draft and edit documents, emails, and reports on behalf of the executive.
Travel Arrangements:
- Make travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Visitor Logistics:
- Coordinate visitor schedules, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing necessary information about the company.
Document Management:
- Maintain and organize executive's documents, files, and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other administrative staff and team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $21.40-$25.30 per hour
