40% Executive Assistant
- Communicate with Contractors/Suppliers/Office Staff regarding Up Coming Projects and Requirements
- PJC Project Setups
- Coordinate and Assist with Applications (Employee and Construction)
- Written Quotations
- Assist with HR Duties and Employee On Boarding
- Assist with Policies and Producers
60% Bookkeeping
- Ability to use Various Financial Transactions such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- General Ledger Reconciliations including Bank Accounts, Credit Cards and Clearing Accounts
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Invoicing Preparation
- Collections
- Payroll Administration and Reconciliation
- Understanding, Preparing and Remitting HST, Source Deductions, WSIB, corporate tax and EHT
- Preparing Reports for Management
- Coordinating with and assisting External Accountants
