PhotoboothTO, a premier photo booth rental company, is on the lookout for an full-time Executive Assistant / Event Coordinator.
The ideal candidate for this position is an extremely organized, friendly, and self-motivated individual with a sharp eye for detail, making sure nothing gets missed and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Proficiency in professional, clear, simple email writing, Google Calendar, Gmail, strong mathematical skills for handling sales and quoting packages, and a self-starting attitude are essential for this role.
This remote position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home.
Must come into the office to work together as a team once a week.
Must have a strong fast Wi-Fi/Ethernet connection when working from home.
Must be available each day from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and some weekends.
Important skills / Understanding of:
Excellent English vocabulary, grammar, fast typing skills, basic sales psychology to close sales, customer service skills and attention to detail when replying back to clients through email in a positive tone. Overall understanding of the business we will train you on.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond promptly to all incoming phone calls, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
Take charge of coordinating and organizing the details for a diverse array of events, aligning all aspects with the clients' expectations and the company's standards.
Play a key role in scheduling and coordinating employees for each event, making sure all staff are prepared and available when needed.
Maintain a proactive approach to follow up on outstanding design tasks, working in tandem with the design team to guarantee tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
High degree of proficiency in G Suite applications, especially Gmail.
Strong computer skills, including fast typing and efficient internet navigation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of organization skills and the capacity to efficiently multitask.
A track record of punctuality and reliability.
Stellar customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Self-motivation and the capacity to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong memory skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal guidance.
Solid mathematical skills for calculating and managing package prices.
A high school diploma or degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
Most importantly, ability to learn quickly, a positive outlook, hard working and being a team player!
