Duties
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station, including restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
- Knowledge of Vietnamese language is an asset, but not required
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
