About Us:
Toronto Top Team Martial Arts and Fitness is a premier martial arts academy dedicated to fostering skills and personal growth in a supportive environment. We are currently seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Staff member to join our team and contribute to our welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our members, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
- Manage member relations, including greetings, inquiries, and feedback.
- Coordinate the intake and enrollment process for new members, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Assist with sales promotions, marketing efforts, and daily operational tasks.
- Maintain records and perform administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience in customer service or Front Desk roles preferred.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with martial arts or fitness industry is a plus.
