Full Time Dental Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dental practice.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using Tracker or similar software
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries
- Collect and record patient information accurately in electronic medical records
- Handle patient registration, including updating personal and insurance information
- Manage patient accounts, including billing and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Skills:
- Proven experience working in an office or front desk setting, preferably in a dental or medical office
- Proficiency in using Tracker or similar dental practice management software
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology related to dentistry
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
