We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional indoor golf experience.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an Indoor Golf Facility Assistant to join our team. As an Indoor Golf Facility Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and providing excellent customer service to our patrons. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with using our Golf Simulators, maintaining the facility, and creating a friendly and welcoming environment for golfers of all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the facility.
- Provide guidance and instruction on how to use our Golf Simulators.
- Ensure all equipment is in proper working order and report any maintenance issues.
- Handle customer reservations, check-ins, and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the indoor golf facility.
- Assist with special events and promotions as needed.
- Uphold a positive and friendly atmosphere for all customers.
Qualifications:
- Passion for golf and a basic understanding of the game.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic computer skills for booking and managing reservations and operating the simulators.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a golf facility or similar customer service role.
- Knowledge of golf equipment and technology, including Golf Simulators.
- Smart Serve.

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.55-$18.55 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
