Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Provide information to visitors regarding company services and policies.
• Assist in coordinating appointments and meetings.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Keep records of visitor interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of operations.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities efficiently.
• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Knowledge of basic administrative tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $18.00-$21.93 per hour
