Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Provide information to visitors regarding company services and policies.
- Assist in coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Keep records of visitor interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of operations.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of responsibilities efficiently.
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Knowledge of basic administrative tasks.
