Guest Services Sales Staff (Summer)

We are looking to fill the position of Guest Services Agent at Fernie Alpine Resort. You smile and warmly greet our guests as their first point of contact at resort; nothing is too much trouble for you. You prioritize guest experience and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. You Will:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Provide information for resort guests
• Complete cash transactions and daily cash reconciliation
• Process activity and lesson bookings/sales
• Perform other tasks and duties that are applicable
• Adhere to the rules and regulations outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies employee handbook, RCR Policy and Safety Management Program.

You Have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• POS system and cash handling experience
• Good computer skills
• Willingness to learn

This is a full-time summer seasonal position.
