Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Assist with HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives and performance management programs
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of HRIS systems
Skills:
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Experience with HRIS systems such as HR Downloads
- Knowledge of Human Resources management principles and practices
- Experience with posting available positions online
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
