Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator, Abilities and Wellness is primarily responsible for ability case management, implementing initiatives to enhance workplace wellness and psychological health and safety, and developing occupational health and safety procedures. The Human Resources Coordinator, Abilities and Wellness will also collaborate with others to advance hazard assessments, job demands profiles, internal emergency response plans, and applicable learning programs. The incumbent will provide back-up coverage to other staff in Human Resources and provide services that are consistent with the mission, vision, values, objectives, policies and standards of the Board of Health.
