Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives company wide. The Human Resources Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for HR related queries from employees and external partners.
Job duties include:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Assist with employee relations and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement and training programs
- Assist with health and safety initiatives
- Collect and analyze HR data
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes and inquiries
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting using HR systems (ADP Workforce Now)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience conducting interviews and managing employee relations issue
*Fluent in spanish or the willingness to learn spanish is an asset*
