We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function in a district responsible for building infrastructure and iconic buildings in our community. This pivotal role involves providing strategic leadership and guidance to district management and the HR team across various facets of Human Resources, including change management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and talent management.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of Human Resources and professional development strategy, ensuring alignment with district and company strategic plans.
- Deliver district-level training programs and facilitate sessions, developing comprehensive training assessments to support talent management strategies.
- Oversee the execution and integrity of talent acquisition strategies.
- Lead local market research and analysis for compensation review cycles, ensuring competitive and fair compensation plans.
- Provide coaching and support to supervisors and senior managers on succession planning, talent development and corrective discipline.
- Lead complex investigations, including risk assessment, communication of recommended outcomes, and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Drive the implementation, evaluation, and measurement of corporate and regional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry trends.
- Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
