Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Resolve employee relations issues promptly, conducting investigations when necessary and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Work closely with department heads to address performance issues and identify opportunities for employee growth.
Training and Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and foster professional development.
- Identify training needs through performance evaluations and regular communication with department managers.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer Leyad's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and update compensation structures and incentive programs.
Vacation and Time Off Management:
- Coordinate and manage employee vacations, ensuring proper coverage and compliance with Leyad's policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize vacation scheduling and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Quarterly Reviews:
- Lead the quarterly review process, facilitating discussions between employees and managers to assess progress towards goals.
- Provide feedback and support to enhance employee performance and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of HR experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
$85 000 + Discretionary year end bonus
