Manager Human Resources - L’Oréal Canada
As a Human Resources Manager, you will be called upon to play an advisory and coaching role with managers, in cohesion with the company's Human resources objectives, principles and policies. You will therefore play a key role in succession planning and management, development and performance management and/or any other HR subject. You will act as a change agent in the implementation of the company's local and global strategies and initiatives. As part of a dynamic and innovative team, you will have a central role in supporting employees in your division. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with your HR partners on Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Compensation.

This position reports to the Director, Human Resources Management and Development of the L’Oréal Luxe and L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Divisions. The position is located at the L'Oréal Canada head office in downtown Montreal.
Your profile
* University degree in industrial relations, Human resources management or related fields
* 4- 6 years of experience in Human resources management
* Experience in a consumer goods environment is an asset and or retail.
* Member of the Order (CRHA, CRIA) is an asset
