About Our Client
We are currently seeking an ICI (Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial) Superintendent with expertise in commercial retail construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires the ability to travel across provinces as needed to support project locations.
Job Description
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Proactively identify and address project risks, issues, and conflicts.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site construction teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
