Immigration Assistant

We are looking for an organized and motivated Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling a variety of tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and take messages.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Schedule appointments and meetings.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 38 per week
