Purpose
The Infrastructure Analyst will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for providing production support for key IT Enterprise Infrastructure technologies in one or more of the following areas: Servers, Networks, Software, Security, Vulnerability Management, and Patch deployments.

Accountabilities
-Monitor and Maintain availability, reliability, and security of infrastructure systems in line with defined standards and service levels
-Monitor, maintain and recommend system and network capacity to support business needs
-Support day-to-day operation of infrastructure systems and services, escalations, and performing scheduled maintenance in an enterprise environment
-Work within compliance requirements for in-scope systems
-Participate in a 24x7 on call rotation and respond to outages related to server infrastructure and services
-Work within established configuration and organizational change policies and approval processes
-Work with vendors and solution providers to resolve issues
-Support infrastructure vulnerability and patching objectives
-Participates in configuration of vulnerability monitoring tools and mitigations
-Assist with various Enterprise Infrastructure projects
-Assist in improving and maintaining security posture across infrastructure services and equipment in line with security and regulatory standards and policies
-Develop and maintain documentation as it relates to various infrastructure support processes and systems
Education and Experience
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Experience working in medium to large infrastructure environments including complex data center solutions
-Experience with system monitoring and response tools
-Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions and mitigation
-Working knowledge in server patch management, certificate management, AD administration, and security best practices
-Ability to quickly learn new processes and technical landscapes
-Ability to communicate with teams from many different backgrounds and technical abilities
