Infrastructure Analyst

• Position : Infrastructure Analyst I
• Location- Remote
• Type – contract Period 01/01/2024 to 12/31/2024

Must Haves:

• Knowledge of Servers Windows - Others like Red Hat, Linux, Azure Cloud are all Assets.
• Great communication Skills - will be carrying meetings with businesses regularly.
• Reporting skills with Excel is needed, basic/intermediate level of formulas required.
• Experience using Qualys, will be working with this tools.
• It's a governance type of experience and would target 1-3 years of experience.

Summary:

• Governance Type of Role within an IT Infrastructure Enviroment.
• Experience on Kyndryl who manages their On-Site Infrastructure
• The candidate will be working with the team at Kyndryl on vulnerability management. Candidate will identify risks, vulnerability and and know where to boost security.
• The Candidate will take part in relationship Management with different Vendors
• Plenty of Excel Work - Monitoring and updating server schedule updates and updating when changes are happening.
• Using ServiceNow - remediating certain challenges
• Qualys - Technology tool used at client, scans the infrastructure for vulnerability.
• Testing vulnerability and outstanding patches
• Kindrall's patching but this is an extra layer of support.
• 7.5 hours daily

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies/Education

• A degree/diploma in technology or business, or equivalent work experience

• Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Information Technology and Systems, Information Risk Management, Audit, Business Intelligence and Analytics, ideally with some of the time spent in a large, complex organization.

• Experience with relevant technical disciplines in Information Security and Information Risk Management including technical assessment, vendor assessment, systems, applications and network security, vulnerability management and information protection.

• Technical knowledge of server operating systems Linux, Red Hat, AIX, Solaris, VMWare, Windows and Azure Cloud is also preferred.

• Technical knowledge of security access protocols SSH, SSL, Secure Remote Login, CyberArk Privileged Access Security, Active Directory LDAP Access.

• Proficient in software applications Excel, Word, Power Point.

• Prior work experience in enterprise, operational and information risk management.

• Working knowledge and experience performing and reviewing risk assessments, security control definitions, technical hardening standards

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
