Columbia Basin Trust is seeking an Infrastructure Systems Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for monitoring, maintenance, and support of server and network administration while assisting in providing a stable, secure and consistently available network infrastructure. The salary range for this position is $75,900 $89,200.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Information Services (IS), the successful candidate will:
- Analyze and resolve infrastructure system issues and work with vendors where required to resolve problems promptly.
- Support the life cycle of network infrastructure including installations, operations, support, service, and retirements of LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Provide Azure and Microsoft 365 support.
- Support cybersecurity monitoring and incident response.
- Support all IS projects from a technical and project management perspective.
We are looking for an individual with a degree in computer information systems or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. The successful candidate will ideally have three to five years of experience in network and information systems administration with a strong understanding of the principles, techniques and best practices related to it. You should also have experience responding to server, network and backup-related escalations. Key skills for this role include problem-solving, communication, troubleshooting, and task prioritization.
