About the Role:
As a CBRE Systems Engineering Sr. Analyst, you will manage the infrastructure resources by monitoring complex system platforms and information technology operations. This job is part of the System Engineering job function. They are responsible for successfully executing and monitoring system stability and reliability and determining and implementing improvements to increase efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
• Troubleshoot advanced system service failures and provide corrective actions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and escalate systems issues are required.
• Provide expertise on conclusions and priorities on systems operation.
• Work with the application platform teams on current infrastructure projects.
• Establish and implement standards and guidelines that coordinate the standard operating procedures.
• Support all the various on account CBRE & 3rd party provided applications and related systems.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
