We are seeking a System Administrator III, Technology Specialistto join our team.

The Opportunity

As a System Administrator III, Technology Specialist, your primary function is to:

  • provide technical guidance and analysis of implementation and maintenance regarding technological approaches to automating and streamlining business processes and to analyze current business processes to identify efficiency opportunities or other relevant deliverables that leverage available technological resources.

Key accountabilities include, but aren't limited to:

a) Implement and maintain enterprise business technologies and automations to support business automation projects and maintain stable performance levels that meet business needs;

b) Implement new automated processes to meet business requirements using a variety of methods to deliver innovative technological solutions;

c) Implement and maintain technological specifications and requirements gathering system to support the operations through increased efficiency of data (input), management of information (reports) and quality checks and improvement (audit);

d) Expand and explain technological specification requirements in an appropriate level of detail and manner suitable for use by those who must base their work on the requirements, tailoring message to audience;

The Ideal Candidate

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience as outlined in the rated requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in developing technology solutions using Microsoft tools (SharePoint 365, PowerAutomate, Microsoft Artificial Intelligence tools, etc)
  • Previous project management experience considered an asset.
