The Inside Sales Representative will report to the Customer Service Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in effectively working in a fast-paced environment, exceptional tech and excel skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 Diploma or GED.
- Strong computer/data entry skills; detail oriented.
- Demonstrate interpersonal, listening and questioning skills.
- Customer focused, results oriented, strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Dashwood product and/or windows and doors an asset.
Responsibilities:
- React in a positive, respectful manner to all team members, customers and prospective customers.
- Identify and document the wants, needs, desired results, problems and essential facts of each call/inquiry, redirecting to the appropriate person/department if necessary.
- Assist in the development of special product requests and pricing.
- Review, accurately prep, and process orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure changes/cancellations are processed timely and efficiently.
- Prepare background information and work with scheduling to ensure jobsite deliveries are accurate and on time.
- Develop and process management approved RM’s/credits.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
