Westridge HR is hiring on behalf of our client based in Dundas, Ontario.

About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will provide excellent customer service with in-bound calls and emails from existing customers. In addition, you will be responsible for developing business relationships with your assigned clients, which will include helping answering questions, providing customers information about products and services, processing orders, and managing client needs.

Type: Full Time | Permanent

Schedule: Day Shifts | Monday to Friday

Hours per Week: 40 hours +

Education: High School (preferred)

Your Impact

• Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with our customers.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels, mainly telephone and email.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and production.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Perform all other duties as directed by the or assigned by management.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in an Inside Sales role.
• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Preference given to candidates with call center experience or otherwise large call or customer volume/workload.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• A very high level of attention to detail.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office software.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities with a high degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
