Description: Reporting to their site supervisor, journeymen/women are responsible for: providing guidance and leadership to apprentices, working together with others or alone to complete the installation of BAS systems and maintaining good communication throughout the duration of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Performing all work in a safe manner - abiding by Serv-All's Health and Safety policies as well as all government legislation and regulations
• Ensure construction requirements are met
• Meeting customer and employer project goals and schedules
• Bending and installing emt, pulling wire, etc. - this will be a hands on position
• Installing and wiring of electrical devices, such as controllers, relays, actuators, etc.
• Mentoring and conducting on-the-job training to apprentices
• Managing product resources and material
• Adhere to all of Serv-All Mechanical's policies and procedures

Qualifications/Skills:

• Journeyman Electrician
• Controls Experience an Asset
• Class 5 Drivers License/Clean Drivers Abstract
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment
• Ability to clear a Criminal Record Check
• CSTS2020/WHMIS2015
• Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
• Ability to manage problematic situations with customers and co-workers
• Well developed trouble shooting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $38.00-$40.00 per hour
