Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and Solar array infrastructure in commercial and Residential solar installations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems
- Solar Installation experience not required but is an added benefit
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to perform electrical work
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Manage apprenctices on site
- Must be somewhat physicall fit. Able to lift up to 70 lbs overhead.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Skills:
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for electrical work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of DC electrical systems and their installation
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to electrical work
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
