- Supports Stackpole Internationals IT technology business plan
- Installation of all divisional software and hardware
- Provide network and phone access to all new employees
- Educate all new users regarding network usage and protocols
- Configure all PC’s to run on the network
- Implement hardware upgrades for users PMDS
- Desktop support of users relating to all software and hardware at divisions
- Phone system support / moves / adds / changes
- Shop floor equipment and PC support
- Provide necessary training for employees
- Must work in a safe manner and comply with Stackpole International’s Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Degree/diploma in computer studies, or equivalent experience and/or industry certifications.
- Knowledge of Windows XP, 7,8, 10
- Knowledge of AS400
- Knowledge of CMS an asset
- Knowledge of Nortel BCM/ Avaya IPOffice platforms an asset
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012, Hyper-V and Active directory an asset
- Familiar with manufacturing environment
- Excellent computer skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
