Hourly range is expected to be
$18.9 CAD – $23.6 CAD for this position. Employees are also eligible to earn profit sharing. Candidates demonstrating strong abilities may be considered for an Intermediate Assembly and Service Technician role with increased compensation.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly in accordance with company procedures, which will require the use of adhesives, soldering irons, and various tools within the facility.
- Inspect incoming materials in accordance to item masters and the company quality system.
- Follow quality control procedures to perform in-line testing to ensure quality standards are continually met.
- Document NCRs in accordance to company quality system.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and requirements, including usage, care and storage of personal protective equipment.
- Provide support to other areas of the company, including, but not limited to, Quality Assurance, Product Development and Supply Chain.
What You Bring To The Team
- Experience with mechanical assembly, electronic assembly, and system troubleshooting an asset.
- The ability to read and understand electronic and mechanical drawings, BOMs and technical work instructions.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft), experience with SharePoint and MRP software an asset.
Require Abilities
- Lift, pull and move parts with estimate weight of 15lbs.
- Work both independently and as part of a team.
- Provide support to other departments/teams as required.
