The bookkeeper will be responsible for full cycle bookkeeping duties, preparation of bank reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax filings (HST, WSIB, T4, installments), and general office assistance as required. This role is key support to the Office Manager in all front office functions and is the secondary point of customer contact; providing ongoing customer service through problem solving, analyzing challenges, providing solutions, and completing jobs in a timely manner.
Job Duties
- Day-to-day activities
- Create lists needed for unit renovations
- Book-keeping
- Daily communication with site personal and managers
- Complete work order forms and Close Out/Deficiency with Project Coordinator Qualifications
- SIN, car
- Possess a driver’s license in good standing
- Knowledge of apartment renovations terms, processes and methods
- Have excellent time management skills and be responsible for multiple projects at one time
- Have a complete understanding and ability to read and implement project drawings and specifications
- Respond to requests from property managers and maintenance services
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift (depends daily)
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
