Law Office Receptionist

Responsibilities-

• Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Making lawyer appointments
• Greet clients and couriers etc. attending at the office
• Shipping and mail
• File opeining and closing
• Assist as able with preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary to meet the needs of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Leduc, AB T9E 6Z6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
