About the role
We’re looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our growing team!
As a Learning and Development Coordinator, your role is crucial in our Operational Performance within the L&D department. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of trainings, which include prioritizing requests, managing logistics, and measuring results. People will rely on you to ensure everything runs smoothly.
This position is a full-time permanent position that can be based in Vancouver.
What you’ll do here:
- Support the administration of our learning management systems including enrolments, course uploads, reporting and troubleshooting
- Coordinate scheduling, booking, evaluations and other support functions for training events
- Support team administrative functions including inbox monitoring, meetings, process improvements, accreditations
- Coordinate the marketing of training materials and schedules internally and externally
- Assist with content curation, copywriting and voiceover acting for training as needed
What you bring to the table:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or Education (asset) or any combination of equivalent education or experience
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience coordinating projects and ability to prioritize tasks
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency level with Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint experience considered an asset)
- Excellent written communication, listening and organizational skills
- Adaptable with a problem-solving, “can do” attitude
- Critical thinking skills required to handle diverse learner inquiries

Salary of the successful candidate will typically be positioned between the following range, taking into consideration a number of factors including prior experience, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, location and internal equity:
$51,600.00 - $77,400.00What we offer
