Job Summary

As the Line Cook of Britannia Brewing Kelowna, you will play a key role in assisting management with all areas relating to culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for all staff, in compliance to all local and provincial health guidelines
• Promoting teamwork through effective feedback and communication
• Maintaining a high level of food quality in accordance with company standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a line cook in a busy restaurant.
• Passion for local and seasonal ingredients and sustainable food practices.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and lead by example.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of quality cooking or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Experience in leading and/or supporting a team
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback
• Overall passion for the restaurant industry, a love for food, and a desire to engage with and impact guests (passion for craft beer a bonus!)
