About This Opportunity

In this role, you support the Chief Customer Executive with conducting business analysis, preparing presentation materials and coordinating efforts across the Customer Sales team. You will be responsible for working with the sales management team on strategic assessment of the business, sales forecasting, conducting regular business reviews, and managing senior level relationships.

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the customer teams, develops and executes annual business plans, key partnership initiatives and category programs to accurately forecast sales volume, revenue, and expenses.
  • Conducts regular business reviews with the customer leadership team to define business needs, issues faced and opportunities to develop solutions.
  • Provides strategic thinking to anticipate future sales needs and recommend ideas that will drive the business.
  • Provides ongoing assessments of the total business plan, including attainment of goals, success of key initiatives, major actions, key support needed, and new product recommendations.
  • Collaborates and fosters relationships with the sales team, franchise team and commercial team to build sales capability and facilitate stewardship discussions.
  • Keeps abreast of competitive activities within the responsible geographies and communicates appropriate activity.
  • Gather and analyze customer specific data (e.g., annual reports, 10K, store sales, store layout, check average, service history and traffic) to understand current economics and state of overall business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is an asset
  • 3+ years of successful sales account management experience.
  • Effective relationship-building and sales negotiation skills including closing the sale.
  • Strong communication skills, including advanced presentation skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Proven track record of securing sales of various offerings, working with multiple levels of purchasing tier.
  • Demonstrated ability of identifying and addressing customer needs.
  • Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation.
