  • Provide input during the design phase to identify potential quality issues and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to address them.

Regulatory Compliance and Training:

  • Stay updated on relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to electrical/electronic manufacturing.
  • Ensure that all quality clauses, regulatory standards, and customer requirements are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and driving results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and quality considerations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the electrical/electronics industry (e.g., RoHS, REACH).
