Marketing and Travel Administrative Assistant
Kerr Controls Limited (Kerr) is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment and Supplies. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated and highly motivated Marketing and Travel Administrative Assistant, working from our Truro, NS location.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to provide support for travel, Marketing and event administrative functions. The Marketing and Travel Administrative Assistant will book company travel and help prepare for customer events, corporate meetings, and company social functions. Management of the company's inventory of promotional items and materials, and monitoring/updating of its social media presence are also important components of this role.
Experience in administration is required, and experience in Marketing and/or in the travel industry is considered an asset. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to provide superior customer service while multi-tasking and prioritizing appropriately in a busy environment.
