Term: Temporary Full-Time, Nine (9) Month Contract
Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.

The Marketing Coordinator assists with the development of internal and external marketing materials for the Individual insurance department. A focus for this role will be to help with the rebranding of our materials including pdfs, videos, websites etc. The Coordinator will work closely with other members on the marketing team, creative services, translation and other internal stakeholders to help ensure the consistent brand approach across our materials overseeing marketing materials through creative services and translation. CE credits are issued to advisors after presentations are made by our regional sales team - this position helps ensure that CE credits are issued in a timely and accurate manner.

What you will be doing:
- Assist with the rebranding of marketing materials.
- Work with the Graphics Services department on the production of marketing materials including the design and translation of materials.
- Collaborate with colleagues to update, develop, write and post marketing and communications materials.
- Take direction given and able to write and develop promotional ideas and case studies
- Create and maintain training material and presentations on products and sales concepts to facilitate the training of producers/advisors, MGAs, regional managers
- Take a pro-active role in adopting and monitoring corporate communications standards for Individual product communication and marketing
- Issue CE credits as requested.
What you will bring:
- One to three years of marketing experience
- Post secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Good writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to collaborate with other employees, managers, designers and suppliers
- Ability to work well under deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Exceptional marketing campaign management skills
- Ability to take direction and update digital applications as required
