Market Fresh is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator who considers themselves a foodie, an advertising expert and digital marketing guru. This role will be responsible for the overall direction, planning, execution, and reporting of marketing initiatives across various channels, included but not limited to website, email, social media, print, signage, radio, and events.
As the voice of Market Fresh, our Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the curating and executing effective marketing strategies that reflect our brand, excites our customers and supports the community.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate Market Fresh’s multi-platform social media accounts;
- Create eye catching, innovative, and trendy content to promote customer engagement across all
- channels;
- Plans, designs, and executes all web, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns;
- Maintain and identify opportunities to evolve our Shopify website;
- Measure and report on performance of all marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI
- and KPIs).
- Work to maintain and strengthen customer relationships with giveaways, contesting, customer
- satisfaction programs, loyalty programs and social media interactions, and promotions;
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify marketing opportunities through inventory, market
- trends, seasonal goals, and more;
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to develop cross promotional campaigns,
- customer educational content, and engagement tactics;
- Design all in store signage in collaboration with internal team;
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing;
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests;
- Coordinate and execute community fundraisers.
Required Skills Include:
- Highly creative and independent
- Self-motivated
- Knowledge and love of the food, grocery, and/or hospitality industry
- Attention to detail
- Strong skill set in photography and videography
- Robust communication and copywriting skills
Experience Requirements Include:
- Degree in marketing or a related field
- Experienced in Meta Business Suites, Shopify, MailChimp, and Canva platforms
- Proven working experience in digital marketing (within industry preferred)
- Demonstratable experience leading and managing marketing campaigns both paid and organic
- Solid understanding and knowledge of marketing reporting and analytics tools
- Demonstratable content creation particularly with food
- Ability to develop marketing budgets
- Familiar with financial planning and strategy
