Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, and working closely with the Brand Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will bring an expert combination of digital marketing, graphic design, and administrative capability to help run the day-to-day marketing function at the Deveraux Group of Companies. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a team-oriented mindset and will have the ability to work effectively across different departments and regions. They will be creative and work with the team on implementing new and innovative ideas.

- Proficient in short video capture for socials.
- Proficient in Adobe suite – Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
- Experience with Canva is an asset.

- Video Creation and Editing: Capture, create, and edit video content for various marketing initiatives including going to site, taking media, and creating content.
- Graphic Design and Social Media Assets: Develop and design graphics for use across social media platforms and other marketing channels.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI): Ability and eagerness to explore AI trends, adapt and implement when beneficial.
- Signage and Brand Assistance: Help prepare and monitor signage and maintain branded documents, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Social Media Elements: Collect and create content for social media platforms, maintaining a cohesive brand image.
- Local Market Awareness: Stay informed about local market trends and conditions to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Team Support: Assist team members as requested, providing support when necessary.
- Community Outreach: Work with local vendors to expand the reward program and enhance marketing initiatives.
- Resident Experience: Provide support to elevate our resident’s rental experience.
- Onsite Support: Collaborate with the construction and leasing onsite teams to gather assets and ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.

Salary: $20.36-$40.92 per hour
