Our Marketing team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing efforts by assisting with the planning, execution, and promotion of webinars, events, and content initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
- Champion Event Success. Assist in planning and executing virtual and in-person events, including logistics, scheduling, and speaker coordination. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless event execution. Segment event lists and manage follow-up activities
- Amplify Marketing Reach. Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials for events through email, social media, and website updates.
- Manage Event Assets. Coordinate event collateral and swag, including development, printing, and shipping.
- Power Seamless Webinars. Support webinar moderation, post-production, and presenter training.
- Craft and Manage Content. Help develop content such as emails, presentations, social posts, short videos, and blogs. Schedule content across multiple channels including email, blog, and social media.
- Optimize Content Campaigns. Monitor performance of events and social media and provide insights for optimization.
- Project Management Support. Assist the Marketing team with managing marketing projects using Notion/Asana/HubSpot.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a previous role as a Marketing Coordinator.
- Excellent project management, time management, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
- You’re always open minded and eager to learn and expand your skill set, staying on top of the latest marketing trends.
- Solution-oriented self starter, open to adjusting tactics and executing in a rapidly changing work environment.
- Experience in a similar role at a high growth startup to scale-up tech environment.
- Bonus points if you have experience in marketing Enterprise or Mid Market B2B software to a senior buyer in Human Resources/L&D.
